You Don’t Just Cook with Rosemary Essential Oil

This ain’t your Grandma’s Rosemary!

The Rosemary herb itself has a strong woodsy, evergreen Scent. It belongs to the mint family.

This can promote feelings of clarity. I found this first on our Young Living site and I thought, “Wow! I could use feelings of clarity.” And so… the reason of this post. 🙂

Who wouldn’t want more feelings of clarity? Right? You betcha!

Rosemary is known to also promote feelings of remembrance. What!!??

Well, that was the clincher for me! Feelings of clarity AND remembrance. Hello!

What are some other uses and benefits of Rosemary?

I am so glad you asked! 🙂

It is one of the most powerful herbs and essential oils around.

(I must admit I do have other favorites and it’s hard say just one is the most powerful and the bestest ever.)

You can add it to your shampoo. I like to add about 3 to 5 drops of Rosemary essential oil, 10 drops of Lavender essential oil, and 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil to my shampoo.

I also really like the Lavender Full shampoo by Young Living. It’s awesome. <<———–

Add a drop or two to your bath.

It also has natural antiseptic properties.

Rosemary also has a wonderful aromatic scent and makes a great addition to diffuse.

My favorite blend with Rosemary is….

Getting Focused
2 drops Cinnamon essential oil
2 drops Peppermint essential oil
1 drop Rosemary essential oil
You can get Rosemary Essential Oil by purchasing it at retail or you can purchase at Wholesale.
I personally went the Wholesale route. I use my oils all the time so it saves me money. I like to save money. 🙂
