Had the opportunity to work with Bobbi for years, me being the Lead Developer for WishList Member and her doing technical support.

While she didn’t report directly to me, we did work together handling tricky technical support issues. She’s smart and asked the right questions. I’d typically just give her a starting point on where to look and she’d figure the rest for herself.

I also love her bright personality, it’s almost impossible to feel down when communicating with her.
